Madelyn Glen Perry, stillborn infant of Brandon J. 'BJ' Perry and Kimberly Peterson of Columbus died on July 29, 2008 at the Freeman Health Systems in Joplin, MO.

Additional survivors include two sisters Abbey Peterson and Emily Peterson both of the home and maternal grandparents Jimmie and Donna Pace of Wichita, KS and paternal grandmother Dixie Perry of West Mineral, KS and the late John Perry; and the maternal great grandpa Glen Callow of Columbus and maternal great grandma Marge Pace of Columbus; paternal great grandmothers Maxine Johnson of Columbus and Fern Perry of Columbus.

As per the wishes of the family Madelyn has been taken for cremation. Simpson Funeral Home in Columbus have been entrusted with the arrangements.
