Teresa F. Countryman
22 April 1963 — 12 July 2007

Teresa F. Countryman, age 44, of Columbus passed away suddenly, Thursday July 12, 2007 at the Maude Norton-St. Johns Memorial Hospital in Columbus.

Teresa was born April 22, 1963 in Columbus the daughter of Boyce and Sharon (Robbins) Stanley. She grew up and attended schools around Columbus. She worked for Skills in Columbus, KS. She was of Baptist Faith.

She married James Countryman on Nov. 24, 1980 in Miami, OK they later divorced June 2006.

Survivors include three daughters: Delia Frances Countryman of Columbus, Jamie Dawn Countryman of Pittsburg, Jessica Mae Countryman of the home; an adopted daughter Leigh Hinderliter of Pittsburg; three brothers: Lester of Oklahoma City, OK, David of Seneca, MO, and Raymond Stanley of Quapaw, OK; three sisters: Karla Avicola, Carl Junction, MO, Sharon Sullivan of Miami, OK and LaTisha Spradling of Quapaw, OK; and one granddaughter Bianca Morris and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday July 17 at the Union Chapel Cemetery rural Galena. With Rev. Jeff Martin Officiating. Family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. Monday at the Simpson Funeral Home 323 S. Kansas Ave. Columbus, KS. Memorials may be left at the funeral home for the family.
