Terry Lee Perrin
22 February 1956 — 15 September 2005

Terry Lee Perrin age 49, of Columbus, Kansas passed away at 10:50 a.m. Thursday (September 15, 2005) at the Integris Baptist Regional Medical Center in Miami, Ok.

Terry was born February 22, 1956 at Little Rock, Arkansas, the son of Thomas Elmore and Imogene Perrin.

He was a member of the First Assembly of God Chruch in Columbus, Kansas.

He served in the U.S. Navy as an electronic technician and he was a laborer.

Mr. Perrin married Hazel Shockley on February 9, 1978 in Joplin, Missouri, she survives of the home.

Additional survivors include one son Patrick Perrin of Galena, Kansas, and two daughters Stephanie Shockley of the Home and Stacy Lamore of Wichita, Kansas. One brother Robert Perrin of Joplin, Missouri, and one sister Patty Owen of Webb City, Missouri. 10 grandchildren and several neices and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday (Sept. 21, 2005) at the Fort Scott National Cemetery at Fort Scott, Kansas with the Pastor Robert Blake officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. till noon Wednesday September 21, 2005 at the Simpson Funeral Home 323 S. Kansas Ave. Columbus, Kansas.
