Patrick William Ehrig, 58, of Columbus, Kansas was found dead at his home in Columbus, Ks. on Friday October 18, 2002.

Mr. Ehrig was born June 1, 1944 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma the son of William and Patricia Ehrig. He graduated from Oklahoma City University in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 1976. He was an Educator, holding teaching positions in Kansas, Oklahoma and Missouri. He held positions teaching English, French, German, Russian and Spanish.

Mr. Ehrig was a veteran in the U.S. Army serving in Vietam for one year, and also in Germany for two years.

Survivors include his mother Patricia Ehrig Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced at a later time by the Simpson Funeral Home in Columbus, Kansas 323 S. Kansas Columbus, Kansas.
