Ball Park

In conjunction with the Crossland Family Fund, CCF help renovate the American Legion Ball Park with a new concession stand, play ground equipment, fencing, and parking – making it handicap accessible and a gathering place for the community. This more than $250,000 project was made possible by funds donated through CCF.

A combinationion of advanced estate planning (remembering Columbus in his estate) and Memorial Contributions to the Columbus Community Foundation recognizing the late Ivan Crossland, Sr., Columbus now has one of the finest ballfield complexes in SE Kansas.
